Once you place an order with us, we place an order with the wholesaler and provide you an estimated time of arrival (ETA). You will be notified within 24 hours regarding your ETA unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will be the next business day.If you would like an estimate for any of our items, please contact us and we would be glad to assist you. At Grove Collective, our collection of furniture and home Decor is thoughtfully-selected; because we are passionate about connecting our Guests with beautiful pieces for their homes.
At the time of purchase, we provide the most accurate estimated time of arrival based on the current information provided by our vendors. Please be aware that estimated arrival times are subject to change based on overseas production issues, container shortages, as well as the congestion in all ports. Our support staff will provide notifications on any impacted pieces as soon as updates are made available.
Occasionally damages may occur. We ask that you inspect your items and report any damage to us within (3) days of receipt.
