Grove Collective orders furniture and décor directly from our wholesalers. Once you place an order, Grove Collective then places an order for the item(s) with the wholesaler and will give you an ETA.  All Sales are final, unless an item is damaged.

If an item is damaged or is missing parts upon arrival, the customer must take the following steps within 72 hours. 

  • Notify us via email to hello@grovecollective.com
  • Take a picture of the damage & attach it to your email
  • We will contact the wholesaler and they will either ship us a new part or a new item. When we receive the new item, you will need to bring the damaged item the store for an exchange.
